Our Priorities

Reduce U.S. smoking rates by providing adults with scientifically substantiated smoke-free products.

Provide current adult smokers with accurate information about smoke-free products.

Reform the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We need an FDA that embraces harm reduction as a complementary pillar to prevention and cessation, accurately educates adult smokers about nicotine and the continuum of risk, and authorizes scientifically substantiated smoke-free products.

Encourage policymakers to adopt reasonable tax and regulatory policies that make smoke-free products more affordable and accessible to adult smokers.

Reject prohibitive policies such as sweeping flavor bans that undermine adult smokers’ access to smoke-free products.

Work with regulators and law enforcement to prevent underage access to all tobacco, including smoke-free products.
